Funding note: The Jewish Tuition Organization and Greater Arizona Inc. are the faith-specific STOs here; the ESA is the alternative path for any child.
Jewish day schools and yeshivas in the Valley sit mostly in central and north Phoenix and Scottsdale; the Jewish Tuition Organization, based in Phoenix, has served them since 1999. Islamic schools such as Arizona Cultural Academy and Noor Academy are supported by Greater Arizona Inc., an STO for Muslim students certified in 2017.
Where they are: Central Phoenix (6), Tempe & Chandler (5), Scottsdale, Paradise Valley & Fountain Hills (3), South Phoenix, Laveen & Ahwatukee (1), Pinal County (1).

* Enrollment reported to the NCES Private School Survey (2023-24 or 2021-22). "STO lists" counts the School Tuition Organizations whose published school list included the school (Oct 2026). Arizona has no state list of ESA schools; ask each school whether it accepts ESA payments through ClassWallet.
